It installs under your toilet (adjustable soil pipe, two foam rubber sealing rings, and heavy-duty marine-quality Austenite 300 Series stainless steel mounting bolts are included), and is bolted together for a sturdy and secure hookup. Made of a heavy-duty polymer, it resists stains, scraches, can be painted, and supports over 1000 lbs. of weight. Easier to maintain, less obtrusive looking, and requires much less maintenance than under-seat risers.
